## Ingredients

### Wet Ingredients

- 150 g Melted unsalted diary butter, Preferably use "KDD" or "Almarai"
- 150 g White granulated sugar
- 20 g Date molases
- 30 g Cacao Powder, Use a dark-colored cocoa powder for rich, appetizing-looking brownies
- 2 Eggs
- 1 g Vanilla Extract, You can use vanilla powder instead
- 2 g Instant coffee or finely ground coffee

### Dry Ingredients

- 125 g All-purpose flour
- 15 g Corn starch
- 2.5 g Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Salt

### For Serving

- Ice cream, One scope

1. **Mix the wet ingredients** In a bowl, add the melted butter, sugar, date molasses, and cacao powder and whisk them
