  1. Prepare the potatoes

Cut the potato into thin, finger-shaped strips and boil them in water for 10 minutes. Transfer them to the air fryer and cook according to your air fryer's settings. Once cooked, sprinkle with salt and paprika, then toss to coat.

  2. Caramelize the onions

Slice the onion into strips. Heat a nonstick pan with a little olive oil and sauté the onion until it starts to soften and change color. Gradually add a little water at a time and continue cooking until the onion is completely soft and tender.

  3. Prepare the burger patties

Season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide it into 90 g portions and shape each portion into a ball.

  4. Cook the burger patties

Place the beef balls in the same pan and press each one down with a flat utensil to form a burger patty. Once the first side is cooked, flip the patty, place two slices of cheese on top, and cover the pan until the cheese melts and the patty is fully cooked.

  5. Cook the tomatoes

Slice the tomatoes and lightly sauté them in the same pan.

  6. Prepare the sauce

Mix all the sauce ingredients until well combined.

  7. Assemble the burger

Spread the sauce and put the pickles on one side of the bun. On the other side, place the burger patty, then top it with the cooked onions and tomatoes. Close the bun, and your burger is ready to enjoy!
